Naif Soufi, CFA, CAIA, is a finance and investment professional based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He holds both the CFA and CAIA designations.

Naif currently serves as Director of Financial Investment at KUN Investment Holding, where he oversees a multi-asset class portfolio spanning private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and public markets.

Prior to joining KUN, Naif was Vice President of Business Development and Client Solutions at StepStone Group, where he focused on private markets fundraising, investor relations, and customized portfolio solutions for institutional clients across the GCC.

Earlier, he served as Assistant Vice President of International Private Equity at SEDCO Capital, responsible for sourcing fund and co-investment opportunities, conducting market and manager due diligence, preparing investment memoranda, and coordinating legal and compliance reviews.

Naif began his career at Ernst & Young within the Transaction Advisory Services division, performing financial due diligence for M&A transactions, valuations, impairment assessments, and feasibility studies across multiple sectors. His expertise includes financial analysis, valuation and business modeling, portfolio construction, and scenario and sensitivity analysis.

Outside of work, Naif enjoys reading, investing and studying financial markets.
